2 —Secure your date
Once you’re ready to move forward, a signed agreement and retainer officially reserve your date. From there, everything is locked in and you can
check photography off your list.
3 —The Planning process
As your wedding day approaches, I’ll guide you through timelines, details, and logistics so nothing feels rushed or overlooked. You’ll receive a short questionnaire to help tie everything together and ensure we’re fully prepared.
4 —Wedding day
This is where you get to be fully present. I’ll handle the flow, guide you when needed, and step back when moments unfold naturally — capturing your day as it happens, without pressure.
5 —sneak peeks
Within one week of your wedding, you’ll receive a small preview of images to relive the day and share with family and friends.
6 —final gallery delivery
Your full wedding gallery will be delivered within 60 days. Pour a drink, take your time, and relive the day knowing your story has been thoughtfully documented from start to finish.

I understand that wedding photography is an investment. To make things simple and
manageable, payments are spread out over time with clear milestones along the way.

Booking Retainer
A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your wedding date and officially reserve your coverage. The retainer amount depends on the collection you choose.
Due at booking.

Flexible Payments
After booking, you’re welcome to make additional payments toward your balance at any time. This allows you to spread payments out in a way that works best for
you.
Payments can be made anytime
leading up to your wedding day.

Final Balance
The remaining balance is due one week before your wedding day. This ensures everything is taken care of ahead of time so you can fully enjoy your day without last-
minute logistics.
